Info

Diaphorodoris lirulatocauda Millen, 1985

This tiny sea slug is white or yellowish-white with long rhinophores and long tapering dorsal papillae. The long rhinophores and long tapering dorsal papillae distinguished Diaphorodoris lirulatocauda from other onchidoridiids.

Diaphorodoris lirulatocauda has a spiky or fuzzy appearance.

This species is usually found under rocks or on rock surfaces feeding on the bryozoans Nolella stipata and Tubulipora sp.
