Pyle, Earle & Greene, 2008
Azurina brevirostris is a deep-water perch, occurs only exceptionally at depths above 50 meters, usually its depth distribution is between 90 and 120 meters,
usually on steep reef slopes with holes and small caves.
The damselfish has not yet been traded, which is certainly due to the depth of the water.
Synonym: Chromis brevirostris Pyle, Earle & Greene, 2008
