Colga minichevi is very similar to Colga villosa and Colga pacifica, but differs by smooth edge of the rhinophoral pockets and lacking of the rachidian tooth. This species is found from along the Kuril Islands, in Okhotsk Sea and northern Japan Sea.
Feed probably on bryozoans.
