Info

The small, fuzzy-looking sea urchin is not only widespread in the Indian Ocean, it also seems to be one of the more robust marine animals, because it is able to tolerate large temperature differences, it also copes well with varying water pressure.
At a depth of 1000 meters there is a pressure of 100 bar, which corresponds to a pressure of 1,000 tons per square meter or 100 kg per square centimeter!

Amazing for such a small animal.

Imports are not known to us as well as keeping experiences in saltwater aquariums, because Prymnaster investigatoris is not a food specialist.

If you want to keep sea urchins, then always make sure that the animal is not exposed to air when moving it, sea urchins cannot survive this.
