Cyclocoeloma tuberculatum Miers, 1880

Small decorator crab, carapace densely covered with tubercles, to whom soft corals, anemones, ascidians are fixed. Identified from other decorator crabs by the banding on the legs and by the Discosoma cover.

Wir halten Cyclocoeloma Tuberculata seit ca. 3 Monaten. Er frisst das Moos an den Steinen und an den Scheiben, Flockenfutter, etc. Er isst so gut wie alles.
Er ist sehr aktiv und man kann ihn auch Tagsüber gut beobachten. Er "klaut" andauernd Scheibenanemonen und Xenia Umbellata und klebt sie sich drauf zur Tarnung.
Er läuft durch das ganze Aquarium und es ist sehr Unterhaltsam ihn zu beobachten.
