Dichocoenia stokesii is a coral found in the Caribbean. The distinctive character of this kind is shown in usually oval polyps (Corallites) which protruding conspicuously on the surface between the "Coenesteum. The individual polyps are clearly separated from each other, the gap is "grainy", not smooth.

The coral has been listed in CITES Appendix II below, as in the Red List VU.
