Ein schönes Tier! Ich konnte dieses Tier in den letzten Jahren vermehrt an der Adria in Kroatien beobachten. Die Größenangabe sollte jedoch auf 1cm - 35cm korrigiert werden, da die meisten Kompasquallen die ich gesehen habe, weitaus größer als 30cm waren. Der Kontakt mit den Nesselzellen, ist vergleichbar mit dem Kontakt einer Brennnessel und das Brennen klingt nach ca. 2 Stunden ab. (So war es zumindest bei mir.) Aquarienhaltung ist meiner Meinung nach unmöglich.
