Sertularella sp.

This elegant hydrozoa is often overlooked as it resembles a plant. Sertularella grows on boulders and coral rubble.

Sertularella is 10-15cm long. Usually bright orange, but sometimes covered with encrusting organisms. This hydroid is eaten by the Cuthona nudibranch, especially Cuthona sibogae.
