The background colour is translucent with opaque white spots and patches. The dark brown rhinophores are with three cup-shaped swellings - such as Favorinus tsuruganus. The digestive gland are pinkish. Like all species of the genus Favorinus, Favorinus elenalexiae eats the eggs of other opisthobranchs.
