Aplidium flavolineatum is a colonial-like acidian.The colony is 35 cm wide, the Zooids are a cm long.Aplidium flavolineatu often confused with sponges.The colour is crem, pink or red.

The Rosette sea squirt can be found in shaloow rocky reefs to 1-18 m dephts.This Southern Africa sea squirt is a filterfeeder.
