Odontanthias is a genus of fish in the subfamily Anthiadinae and family Serranidae found in Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Ocean.
Occurs over rocky bottoms in fairly deep water!
This species is known to inhabit depths of between 50 and 150 m (R. Myers pers. comm. 2015).
