Tonicella undocaerulea Sirenko, 1973

Tonicella undocaerulea is commonly known as the blue lined chiton or blue-waved chiton. The head plate with zigzag white,may be blue when alive. The girdle is hairless, brown to red or pink in colour, often with yellow or white mottling.

the blue lined chiton acn be found usually on rocks in shallow waters.

Similar to Tonicella lineata, Tonicella lokii und Mopalia spectabilis. Chitons are algae grazer.
