Chicoreus ingridmariae Houart, 2010
Chicoreus is a genus of medium- to large-sized predatory sea snails. These are carnivorous marine gastropod molluscs in the family Muricidae, the murexes or rock snails.
Chicoreus ingridmariae is rare worldwide. It was described based on a single specimen collected at about 60m depth in Indonesia. Four specimens are known from Kwajalein, all from the steep seaward reef at depths of about 61m, and one more from the seaward reef at Pohnpei.
